The project “ReInvent Yourself” is a making contact seminar, aiming at supporting
young people in their personal and professional development, after the crisis of the
COVID 19.
Youth workers who will participate in the meeting will study and share good
working practices to encourage young people to “reinvent” themselves, valuing their
artistic talents.
They will acquire non-formal work methodologies to be able to approach young
people in their local community in an effective and productive way, which will
allow them to accompany them in their personal and professional development
through Art.
Another fundamental objective of the training course is to create a network
between youth organizations committed to the same political-social issues.
Thus, the project “Reinvent Yourself” will be focused on different activities:
- Ice-breaking dynamics and facilitating teamwork;
- Presentation of the sending organisations;
- Workshop to share good practices for youth empowerment through art;
- Study of existing youth policies in the European Union;
- Planning of new youth projects and initiatives;
- Evaluation and reflection workshop, non-formal work methodologies and learning styles;
- Youthpass Certificate Award Ceremony.
